LOCKPORT COLLEGE WOMEN’S CLUB

Hoping for great attendance at our next meeting:
Thursday, Nov. 3, at 7 pm at the Fieldstone Country Inn, South Transit and Robinson Rds. for dessert or fruit plate.
Cost is $7. Reservations for the fruit or a menu-listed dessert must be by 9 pm Sunday, Oct. 30, with the regular telephone committee.
The program will feature Molly Maigret, an Emergency Room nurse at Lockport Eastern Niagara Hospital whose specialty is collecting information from sexual assault victims. A recipient of the YWCA’s Distinguished Woman Award for 2011, she will speak about her work at the hospital.
MEMBERS WILL DISCUSS:
- A proposal to raise annual dues to $40 from the current $35.
- Decreasing college scholarship to $1,000 per year.

The next Board of Directors meeting is 7 pm November 10, 2011 at the home of Judy Cummings
